My experience was positive. I was contacted by a cordial and knowledgeable salesperson.

Test drove a Santa Cruz. Let them know that it may have something wrong with the tranny as it was stuttering during acceleration from a stop (they told me it was fine, now I know why they are selling a 2023 Premium with 8k miles way under blue book). Sales manager asked if I would make an offer, I said not for that price on a car that may need repairs right away. He told me he didn't need my business as he sells 300 cars a month. Would never go back.

By far, the most pleasant and efficient car buying experience through a dealer. OTD price was quoted through just a couple of email exchanges and the promise was kept when we got there. In and out in 30 minutes. James Creguer is the sales person we had and I highly recommend the guy. No funny business.

Got all requested documents before driving there. Car exactly as described. Clean, inspected, driven, gassed up….purchased. Very happy with it. Sales and finance team listened to me. No hassles. A pleasure to work with. Recommended.
