Sales personnel was attentive to my needs.

They responded quickly. I went another direction that was a little closer to my house.

Did not get a best price offer for this Honda CR V just gave me a an invite for a visit to the dealership. I’m looking for some incentive from them to make the drive simple as that !

On Tues, I spoke to a salesperson (Rodrigo) and we agreed I would visit the dealership. While I was driving over, he called back and said the truck wasn’t ready for sale. I asked him if I could place a deposit to hold the truck. He said unfortunately “no”. He said he would call me when truck is ready. Never did. I then reserved the car with the CarGurus purchase feature which states I’m supposed to be contacted within 24hrs. Again, no one called / emailed. I called back Thurs AM and spoke to someone who said they’ll call me back in 15mins. Again, no call back. Fri, we drive down to the dealer after setting up with sales guy (Carlos - cool guy). Waited 50 mins while they couldn’t find car. Worst car shopping experience ever and wasted 3+ hrs of my day driving over and waiting.
