He responded to a question that I asked but it did not feel like it was true because what I asked hd said yes too but on the description it stated no. I felt he did not do his research just wanted me to come out there. It is a long drive if it was not? Very pushy about setting up a day and time also.

Contacted Stonecrest Honda about a Honda Accord I wanted to purchase. Whitney quickly reached out to me. Asked for an out the door price after seeing other reviews and Whitney disappeared for a couple of days. I finally reached back out to the dealership to speak to another representative and was once again connected to Whitney. Scheduled to come look at the vehicle after receiving a video walk-around. Once we arrived to see the car, the 2 specific things I asked about were kept from me. The car had scuffed rims and paint chips on both front doors. The video Whitney sent was 10+ ft away to hide these key facts. Whitney also was not there during out scheduled visit. I was then connected to Brandon who was better. I was paying cash for the vehicle, but the experience still took over 2.5 hours. Could have definitely been shortened without financing. They agreed to fix the tint, scuffed wheels but I would have to bring the car back the following day. (1.5 hour drive each way).

Great no pressure sale. Love my new Civic Type R. Actually going to the track this weekend!
