DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP. 1. "Store policy" they don't tell you the listed price is after a 20% downpayment over the phone so you have to make the drive over for you to hear it. 2. Wouldn't let me test drive unless I started the financing process. 3. I was going to put a hefty down payment on the car so then I can pay the remanding balance in only 6 months. The price he told me was 9k left to pay. 4. We waited around for hours just for the process to go through and we didn't even get to finish that day. 5. We go the next day to sign everything and pick up the car. Out of nowhere James pulls out over 8k in fees. The car went from being worth 23k to 31k right before you sign the contract. 6. This place looks like a dump and the employees are unprofessional. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND A HEADACHE, DO NOT COME HERE.

Contacted them, said I’d buy it. Got got the loan, called the next day to tell them the money was good but they said it sold earlier that week. The next day, another salesperson called and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Suburban and I told them it had sold. They said it was still on the lot. Maybe there’s a lack of communication or maybe it’s one of those tactics to get you to come in. I would have had to drive 2-3hours to get there and it would have been a waste of time.

Horrible communication. First sales person called and left VM, after that I called 20 times with only VM from there. Spoke to completely separate sales person who also was nearly non existent. One of the worst dealerships I ever dealt with.

Very Responsive, salesman was aces no pressure at all. Wanted to make sure we were making the right choice for us.
