"It is a typical car dealership when it comes to sales consultants. Instead of trying to fast talk you, the sales reps are very SLOW and methodical when discussing prices and terms. My car buying experience took 6 hours to be exact. I really had to fight to get good terms. I will say, they were very honest and knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. I am giving them a 3 because they were so slow and because I had to wait 24 hours before I could drive my car home. Also, I loved Reed in the finance department. Very cool guy."

"Confusion around car availability and when finally located had options (running boards) removed and refused to replace as part of the sale package. Needless to say we walked. Not a good experience and will not return."
