Went in to purchase a vehicle with the online pricing. The dealer did not want honor the price. Unless I purchased the warrantees which would’ve cost me $5000.00 more I negotiate with the finance manager, but he insisted that they wouldn’t sell a car unless I purchase the warrantees which included LO-JACK Scotchgard on the seats paint protection all the things that I do not want or need Make sure you get it a good understanding of what they are trying to sell you because they do not honor the online price

Unorganized as I spoke to someone the night before and that morning specifically asking about 2023 Jeep Renegade for $20,945f... it turns out the price on here increased by $1000 due to some trade in fee, mind you, no one corrected me on the price the numerous times I mentioned it, even the sales person himself. Julio was actually easy to talk to and did not pressure at all. Just when I thought it doesnt feel like a sleazy car dealership...

During final negotiations, and after providing all my financial information, the dealer called to tell me the sold the car to someone else. Seemed very rude and unprofessional. We ended up buying a car somewhere else.
