Very pleasant experience with the whole crew!!! Sales mgr Tim was great as was moe my salesman and Kevin my finance man , the owner even took the time to talk to me. Very straightforward on deal no hidden fees or market adjustments on 2024 Trax active . It was like dealing with a bunch of friends from the neighborhood!! My kind of people !!!

The worst, it took them a whole week to call back with a simple question that I ask ( size of the box) and still didn't have the answer.

Advertised price on Car Gurus was $19,645. I went to the dealer website and the price was the same as what Car Gurus had advertised. When I asked to buy the car at that price I was told it was a glitch in the system and they would not honor advertised price. Complete bait and switch the price they then told me was $4,000+ higher. So bad that this dealship did this and wastes peoples time and energy! Scamm!
