Everyone was super awesome. The car was ready for the test drive when I arrived. As soon as I decided I wanted the car, we went into no hassle paperwork. The deal was done quickly and there was NO pressure at any point. The car was kept overnight for a fresh oil change the next day. The car was detailed and looked good as new when I picked it up the next evening. This is my 8th Cadillac purchase and 1st from Ed Morse. The dealer emailed me to contact him about a car I had interest in, asked me the typical dealer questions, then when I told him I was from out of town he immediately told me the car sold. Dealer said “that’s what happens when the car is that hot”. Didn’t offer options, didn’t make me feel valued. Classic car salesman. Don’t buy a car here, especially with low inventory nationwide take your business elsewhere.
