"The dealership has great cars. But when It comes down to your vehicle on a trade in. What a mess. I know the name of the game is make a buck. But, wow. If you think you are going to get a close value of a trade in. Think again. I was low balled. I actually was walking out the door. Then they gave me another low ball offer and would not go any higher. I know I could have walked away. But the car was calling my name. It is hard when you have a custom standard cab s10 and you have a child. pressure was on. I am local. I ended up driving by a friend of mine used car lot. and I see my old truck $5000 over the amount for sale on the lot. Also to why is it the dealership sells me a car with custom rims and tires and do a full inspection of the vehicle and cant figure out that there is a directional tire on the car. The dealership did a full inspection, probably even rotated the tires wrong. I sure am glad I figured that out quick. The custom rims had locks. which the dealership forgot to tell me that. After I contacted them about this issue. The salesman gave me a website were I can try and find the key to unlock the rims. So much for customer service. pretty bad when you buy a car right out they dont want to deal with you anymore. I hate to say as much as I like my new car. This was the worst deal I have ever made. I will never buy another car from this dealer ever again."
