Smooth experience from start of communication on CarGurus to the purchase of the car . No extra charges to deal with , no high pressure . Would purchase a car from here again and I drove 2.5 hours one way to do it.

Dealership lost my business when I was informed that I would have to fly to there dealership with a cashier check to purchase this vehicle due to fact that they would not ship the vehicle to me and that I would have to pick it up. I explained that all purchase business would be done between them and my credit union, but they still would'nt ship the vehicle to me! I guess it sit on their lot for another 365 days

This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with and I would give this negative stars if possible. The manager tried to low ball me on my trade in for a cleaning expense when NO ONE else has ever deducted from the trade in. I have bought enough cars to realize this is a numbers game but the attitude was appalling. I have great credit and the manager tried to give me a song and dance about the interest rate that I know I would not have ended up with because I do my research prior to buying a car. The dealership looked dated and the desk chairs were falling apart which implies if you do not take pride in your dealership then you do not take pride in the product you sell. I have many more issues with this establishment.
