It was such a great experience. She communicated consistently and answered my questions thoroughly days before my purchase. The car was exactly as advertised and practically new. No bait and switch. My customer service experience was warm and engaging. Great place and great people to find your next vehicle!

Honestly my sales guy was cool but I’m just disappointed how we set up an appointment to check the car out and I drove 2 almost 3 hours to get the car only to be told it was sold right before I got there.

Responded quickly… if they were closer, I would have bought from them…

Not sure why they advertise on a national car site when they refuse to sell to any out of state buyers. Which I thought was kind of the point of this site, (being able to buy a car and have it delivered to you). Also the price jumped up $3,000 after I reached out to them, and then dropped $2,000 so I’m not sure if it was a glitch or shady business. Either way, it was sus. Then I got another call 4-days later asking if I was still interested in the car, knowing they wouldn’t sell it to me and the price was $1,500 higher than when I reached out just a few days earlier. Bad all around. Would not recommend.
