Salesman and manager were very nice. We were shown the car we made an appointment to see, test drove it and sat down to talk about price. Car was sold to someone else as we were talking. Manager apologized. There were no other cars we were interested in.

They reached out and asked a few questions and never got back to me not an email or a phone call after the intial encounter, that's very unprofessional in my eyes.
