How Do I Open The Left Trunk Window In My Sharan?

Not the mechanical one, obviously, but the other, with what looks like an electrical opening. I cannot find any switch for that, nothing in the manual. Is it even possible?

Air Conditioner Only Blows Hot Air

Only hot air blows from the air vents whether air con is on or not.
