  Amizing amounts of torque and power with little modification. Some clear coat peeling on front grill and hood. Even with more than 200 horse power still gets about 30 miles per gallon of gas. Car interior is immaculate for being 9 years old

The car is pretty quick and has great acceleration. Handling is superb and never has a problem taking tight turns at speed.

my vdub looks good i get alot of comments in it. its fast it handles good and for the two years that i have owned it, i have had no problems. jettas in my opinion are the best cars on the road.

Its an okay car for now. The only thing I like about it is that its stick shift. Acceleration braking and handling are all good. So far I haven't had to take it in for repares. Appearance is good. Very fun to drive when I drive on the race track

I had some issues with it and eventually had to get rid of it, but it was a great car and i miss it very much. If you get a VW, you have to be ready to deal with people not knowing how to work on it or not willing to.
Pros:
Fun to drive. Lots of little things (amenities)

It really performed way better than i ever thought that it could. it did ride and drive really well until i lost a bump stop.that sucked. now it takes bumps really poorly.it is still really fun to drive though.

fast and tight. takes corners really well . very fast on the highway

Great power but plagued with problems from the start. Had many issues with ABS, ASR, steering rack, transaxle and windows. Love the car but the maintenance problems gave me second thoughts about buying another. My GTI on the other hand had no issues over four years that I've owned it.

Plagued with problems.
