It's easy to shift, handles really well, and compared to other cars I've had, it's FAST! We haven't had any real problems yet, but if we do later, Cody knows a lot about them and can fix most everything. It's small and fits me perfectly, and just a smooth ride. I love it!

Pros: Fuel mileage (55 on our way to Denver!) and it's quick!
Cons: If you mistreat it and not do the maintenance, things will go wrong.

Good well built car. Parts last quite a while but are expensive to replace when broken. Not alot of power from the factory but with upgraded injector nozzels it drives great. Awesome car for a base plateform to build power

Pros: Fuel mileage and torque
Cons: maitenance costs

TDI stick shift is the way to go!   43 mpg in the city man!  Highway miles are around 48.
Performance with the turbo is still kind of weak.  But that's why they build WRX's!  The durability and handling are excellent for a car priced under 17K..My only regret is not buying a second one and storing it!

Pros: MPG
Cons: Horsepower and performance
