  Probably one of the most comfortable car I have ever owned with the toughness of an SAV. No rattles or squeaks, no major repairs of any kind. It handles great and it is fun to drive. When I wash it, it looks brand new.
Pros:
BMW stands behind their cars with their warranty package and no maintenance for the first 50,000 miles. No one else does that!
Cons:
I don't have any bad news to report on the X5

I almost bought one of these last year. It was on sale at the local Acura dealership. I took it out for a test drive, and with 60,000 miles on it it still drove smooth and quiet as heck. Very nice car. I will get one eventually.

Probaby one of the best 4x4 you can buy, great looks, super build quality, lovely to drive, fully loaded, luxury interior.

fully loaded, lovely to drive, great driving poistion, reliable.
Cons:
quite big car, one of the most stolen cars in Europe,i have experience of it.
