It was a gift from my parents and I haven't had any major problems with it.
One of the barrings went bad and I had to change the rotors, but that's about it.

Pros — Handles well in the snow.
Has a lot of room... I fit 11 people in it once :)
Cons — I need new seats, they are not that comfortable for a long drive.
Not that great of gas mileage, but that's expected with an SUV.

Enough room for the 5 of us and all the kids' traveling things.

Pros — Roomy.
Cons — Wish I had got a third row seating area.

Reviewing: 2003 Used Ford Explorer XLT V6 4WD

heres the deal 75000 miles, driver side door pin goes bad (common on ford trucks), cruise control intermittently works, fuel economy sucks (just got back from Florida avg 18.2 mpg), but on the plus side, never been stuck in anything, comfortable for 4 adults, great road manners, good stereo for factory, looks good.

Pros — Size, 4x4, comfort, looks
Cons — parking ability, above mentioned quality issues
