The Eclipse GT adds a few performance-oriented features, like four-wheel disc brakes, a sport-tuned suspension and 17-inch tires. The GT is also differentiated from the lower trims by a more powerful engine.  The 2.4 liter four cylinder engine has been swapped for a 3.0 liter V-6, which provides 205 horsepower and 205 pound-feet of torque.
