The O-Z Rally is differentiated from the the LS by the addition of a rear spoiler, alloy wheels, and an aerodynamic body kit.  Inside, the O-Z receives a sporty interior treatment, which includes blue back lighting and white-faced gauges.  The O-Z loses the sunroof, but it is still available as an option.  The manual transmission is also available again.

Other options include an upgraded sound system and front side airbags.
