2009 Toyota 4Runner Limited V8 4WD

With an MSRP of $39,360, the Limited V8 4WD is Toyota's most expensive 4Runner in 2009. But you do get your money’s worth with this trim. It gets all the interior and exterior features of the Limited V6, the extra power of the Limited V8's 4.7-liter V8 engine (260 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque) and Toyota’s full-time four-wheel-drive system with Torsen limited-slip center differential with locking feature. This system automatically transfers torque between the front and rear wheels as conditions dictate. Like the other 4WD 4Runners, the Limited V8 4WD has Downhill Assist Control to aid the driver on extreme declines, and like all the V8 trims it has an integrated towing hitch receiver with ball-mount kit. The only drawback is at the gas pump, where the Limited V8 4WD gets just 14 city/ 17 highway mpg.
