2009 Nissan Pathfinder S

The 2009 Nissan Pathfinder’s base S trim level starts with a 4.0-liter V6 engine attached to a five-speed automatic transmission. Power features include mirrors, windows, and door locks with remote keyless entry, as well as a height-adjustable driver’s bucket seat with lumbar adjustment. Cloth upholstery can be found throughout, for the front bucket and second- and third-row split-folding seats. Front occupants enjoy air conditioning as well as a center console and an AM/FM/CD player, while the driver benefits from a tachometer, trip computer, and tilt steering wheel. The Pathfinder S comes with roof rails and skid plates as well a trailer-wiring harness, and rear occupants are concealed by privacy glass. The Pathfinder S also comes with cruise control and a full-size spare for the 16-inch alloys. Variable-intermittent front wipers are joined by a rear intermittent wiper and washer combo, with a rear defogger.

Safety features for the 2009 Nissan Pathfinder S include traction control, antilock four-wheel disc brakes with anti-skid, and a tire pressure monitor. Dual front airbags protect occupants, along with front side and curtain side units with rollover deployment. Front-seat active head restraints are also included, along with a theft-deterrent system.
