The GT is differentiated from the Base trim by exclusive standard features like 17-inch aluminum wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, a premium Pioneer audio system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, cruise control, and fog lamps.
There are a number of G5 options available as well. Appearance enhancements include custom-colored interior lighting, a spoiler, a body ground-effects package, and leather upholstery. Convenience and luxury options include remote vehicle starting, a CD changer, heated front seats, and a sunroof.
The GT houses a 2.4-liter engine that delivers 171 hp and 167 ft-lbs of torque. This engine is teamed with a five-speed manual transmission, while a four-speed automatic is available as an option. The GT's fuel economy is estimated at 22/31 mpg.
