[Edit] The 2007 Ranger FX4 Off-Road is currently the second most expensive version of this compact Ford truck. The FX4 Off-Road is powered by the 4.0 liter V-6, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. A five-speed automatic is optional here. The V-6 delivers 207 horsepower and 238 pound-feet of torque, and the truck is able to haul 6000 pounds.
All FX4 models are four-door Super Cab bodies with the Styleside finish and the six-foot bed. Exclusive FX4 Off-Road features include 30-inch tires, a limited-slip rear axle, tow hooks and off-road shocks. Options include Sirius Satellite and a 510-watt Pioneer audio system.
