2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT

Cadillac's cross between a pickup truck and SUV got a noticeable makeover like the other 2007 Escalades.  Length increased by 8 inches to 222 and maximum cargo space jumped from 95 cubic feet to 109 with the second row down.  Cadillac reworked the interior and added a Bose 5.1 Digital Surround Sound system that makes you want to pump up the audio on your favorite cd's, dvd's, and mp3's.  The engine gets an upgrade to 6.2 L, 403 hp V8 with 6 speed automatic with all wheel drive.
Otherwise, the EXT gives you all the glamour and grit you can handle.  The crossover member of the Escalade family has 4 doors and seats 5.  Unlike the ESV, the EXT foregoes the third row for a pickup bed that lets you carry your lumber or anything else you can still buy after paying off the hefty price tag.  Power windows, power door locks, leather seats, power seats, cd player, navigation system, ABS brakes, traction control, and stability control come standard.  Shell out a little more and you can get a sunroof.
Overall, almost anyone can see that this vehicle will suit anyone intent on living large.  22 inch wheels can make any driver a high roller.  On the other hand, the Escalade EXT guzzles gas and may intimidate smaller drivers with its cavernous interior.  In any event, this pickup SUV gives you all the luxury and flash that its clientele have come to appreciate.
