CarGurus' 2006 BMW 750 Review
The 2006 750 was once again offered in standard and extended wheelbase models, and a larger, V8 engine was dropped under the hood, taking the place of the earlier, 745 model. The end result is a 4.8 liter, 360 horsepower engine, offering significantly more kick than the previous, 4.4 liter, 325 horsepower V8 engine offered in the 7-series.
There were no major changes to the 750 in 2006, outside of front end modifications that BMW said were "executed with the utmost reserve and subtlety." They included a reshaped hood and rocker panels, as well as reworked lighting clusters, bumpers and spoilers.
