CarGurus' 1975 Chevrolet Camaro Review
The 1975 Chevrolet Camaro had few options. There was no Z28 produced, and aficionados continued to miss the Super Sport (SS) and its powerful line of engines. Instead, they were given a base engine of a 250 I6 rated at 105 horsepower, and could up it to a 350-ci V8 rated at either 145 or 155 horsepower. Stupid gas lines.
Exterior changes included a new wrap-around rear window designed to improve rear visibility problems cited in previous model years. The window must have had some powerful impact, as Chevy managed to sell 145,770 Camaros despite the wicked reduction in power.
