Very solid. Looks good. Seats fold flat for great hauling ability.

Cons

The navigation systems has bugs. When it works it's great. But it gets messed up occasionally.

Great Suv For Road Trips And Daily Driving. — I love the roomy feeling in a small SUV. Handles good, great sound system. Looks sharp. My friends love it. The only downside is the Navigation needs an upgrade. It get's messed up and confused occasionally. Also, it has a hard time ejecting a CD. I added the full maintenance package, so all my maintenance is pre-paid. My only regret is I should have leased this car instead I bought it. I'd rather be returning it in another year and getting a new one.

Pros

Lots of power/torque even at highway speeds. Nicely finished interior. Excellent convenience features, keyless entry and key pad. Ergonomics are excellent. Very quiet interior.Good quality fit and finish, very nice steering wheel. many nice surprise features like w/shield wipers that swing up and off w/shield for cleaning.

Cons

The gas mileage is a little less then advertised but still really good. No real good place to put a cell phone.

2013 Ford Escape Se — I love the stability and handling of the Escape, fun to drive, quiet and comfortable even on long drives (10 hours) Solid vehicle, no complaints and love it. It drives more like a car than an SUV. I would highly recommend the Escape to any one!

Great Reliable Small Suv — The car appearance is great with comfortable seats, and amazing sound system. The sync system is very responsive to my commands. I get 24 MPG, so not bad for a SUV. Overall I am very pleased with the vehicle in general

Pros

Awesome appearance, very comfortable, voice commands and high tech operations, auto opening tailgate for my wife who has MS. Good handling, power combined with good gas mileage. Four wheel drive only operates when needed automatically.  No keys, 8 inch back up camera and info screen (important for us oldies) panoramic power sunroof, heated seats, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, I really like the navigation system. The pros go on and on for me.

Cons

The price for a Titanium is a bit high, but same quality and options of many luxury suv's. The high tech features are great but intimidating.

The Perfect Car For My Wife And I. — I love almost everything about this Ruby Red Ford Escape. Power, handling, good looks, gas economy, power, stability, comfort, technology, easy access in and out for my wife, we are looking forward to hitting the road this summer and seeing places and friends and relatives.

I Like It A Lot — ford I think has set the bar and hunday kia need to take notice the quality and gas mileage makes them look like slackers the comfort drivability the great vision setting in the driver seat makes all the difference no blind spots.

We Love It — Love our new Escape. It drives better than any SUV we have owned. We never thought we would buy American made since we have always owned Imports but after test driving the escape we realized it was the perfect fit for your family.

Thankful That It's Mine. — Ford did a magnificent job in the Escape makeover! I had the old style previously , there is no way to compare the two. I see the new Escape as a way to drive an SUV and have the benefits of an economy vehicle at the same time. The car is fun to drive, handles very nicely. All controls are conveniently place. Sound system is superb.

Pros

I just purchased this '13 Ford Escape (2k miles), I am impressed! I previously owed an '06 Escape, there is no comparison between these two SUV's. The ride and drive of this new Escape just blew me away.

Cons

None at this point.

I Love This Vehicle! — I know the world feeds on the negatives of life, but when it comes too this car, it will have to eat somewhere else. Great ride, looks, drivability, fuel economy! The benefit of an SUV with the blessing of economy.

New Look, New Design. — I enjoy driving this car. It handles very nicely, and gets great gas mileage. It accelerates well, and has a great response. I like the look of this car, inside and out. It is a safe feeling vehicle, and is a pleasure to drive.

Pros

How can a trucklet cost so little but do so many things so darned well? Walk up to the black metallic paint and you'll see deep, flawless paint, be impressed by the custom looking meaty wheels. It looks like a quality machine. That impression is reinforced on the inside with top-drawer materials and great assembly. This is our first car in years lacking full leather, but the black cloth/leather seats are very comfortable and after 17,000 miles don't have a bit of wear. The Escape is nimble too, and given its handling prowess, the ride feels like a really well damped European sedan...a great blend of active safety, fun, and comfort. What really gets my attention is the simple goodness of all the little features on the Escape. The blind spot warning system is a great bonus in heavy traffic, the parallel parking feature is a hoot to use (and I like exercising my own p-parking chops just to keep the skills up), the voice commands are addictive and useful, the heated seats kick in the minute you turn them on, that kick under the tailgate to open feature can be a lifesaver, and keyless entry and start is a winner...you get the idea. So many options for music too.  Oh yeah, mileage is around 25 Mpg with a 50/50 mix...meeting expectations. So much good bang for the buck.

Cons

Why are the climate control buttons so darned small? Need to be a third larger. The Sync system has a hiccup every now and the...needs some more evolutionary tuning, but overall a great system.  Now, I realize it's a small SUV, but that said, the rear area doesn't carry as much as I'd hoped. One discordant styling note, those fugly, chrom-ish side vent appliques just aft of the front wheel well are atrocious...kill them please.

The Best Swiss Army Knife I've Ever Owned — The Escape could cost 10k more and it would still be good value. It does everything very, very well. Never feels cheap. Handles well, rides even better, and has every useable feature you could hope for. Test drive one and compare it to the other small SUVs on the market, we did and the Ford simply stole the show.
