Best Car! — I love the ride, looks and handling! With the top down in the evenings, there is nothing like it! This is the perfect car for the Carolina's, drive year round! This is my 7th Corvette, but the first convertible. I would never go back to a coupe!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Upgraded performance to match C7.

Cons

Be careful where you park at all times.  People will test you to drive the speed limit.

Fast — Check your headlights and make sure they are sitting correctly and have no spacing between body. This model tends to gap from the front end. Shop has to correct this but it is an easy fix, just a day without your car. Seat wear from getting in and out is a bit more from the C5 model. I added headers so the vehicle sounds like it looks, FAST.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

2013 60th Anniversary Corvette. Performance, Classic Corvette Styling — The 2013 Grand Sport is a fantastic car with a Classic Corvette look. Tremendous acceleration, superb handling and braking. Comfortable daily driver. The Grand Sport interior is good quality with nice analog gage cluster and excellent visibility. Chevy dealer service treats Corvette owners very well.

Pros

Having owned 7 Corvettes since 2004 - C5, and C6 - I had a 2001 Z06, and realized that the difference between that car and the 2013  were remarkable.   A product trainer for General Motors, serving over 50 Chevrolet dealerships in the metro and surrounding areas, the opportunity to know the technical aspects of vehicles is always there for me. This Z06 is a thing of beauty, and will not disappoint.  It is one of only 425 Z06's produced for 2013.  The technology is still old school, but so much more sophisticated than other cars in this category; other than being able to "tether" to the car to stream audio from a phone or device - Bluetooth is easy, but pairs differently than newer vehicles - and there is no MyLink - OnStar is great, and can download Turn by Turn, or send directions to the Nav screen - whichever you prefer.  Transmission is vastly improved, and shifting is easy and short. Strongest torque happens 2nd and 3rd -  Horsepower and torque make this an absolute dream, and you do have to control yourself!  The rear provides very competent storage for taking suitcases anywhere, or golf clubs!
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Cons

Do not drive this car in cold weather!  (below 40 degrees) The tires' compound will get very hard, and traction, even with Active Handling, and Traction control, will not control the car well. Additionally, one never turns the wheel of a Vette lock to lock - the sound is awful! :)

Exciting, Fast, And Fun - But A Daily Driver Nonetheless! — Seating was very comfortable - acceleration, braking, excellent - handling requires attention and experience - I felt in control of the car once I realized the power - It is a BLAST to drive a Z06! The tires' compound is soft - I do not recommend driving in weather below 40 degrees!

Pros

Handled very well

Cons

Lacked horsepower for the money spent.

Descent Vehicle For The Price. — It manuvered well in traffic. On wet pavement the vehicle seemed a little bit loose. Overall the vehicle was impressive for the money spent. The paint, tire and wheel package was acceptional. The seating was comfortable on longer periods. Noise levels inside with the ac on wasn't bad at all.

Corvette 60th Anniversary Collection Edition Convertible — Best Corvette I have owned so far for the $$$ and I have had many. Out performs cars costing twice as much money and more. Power, handling, comfort and quality are all excellant. EPA fuel estimates can easily be beat if driven with some restraint

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
