I don't know why Cadillac decided to make the seats so HARD and STIFF but they suck! The heat, so on works super and they looks beautiful but these seats are just not the cushy plush seats you expect from a Cadillac.

Amazing In Almost Every Way! — If Cadillac continues to put these stiff seats with little to no padding in them, my whole family will not be buying again. We all have Caddy's but do not like these new seats one bit. Cadillac seats should be thick, plush thick & cushiony. The epitomy of comfort and this 2012 that I have does not make that mark with the stiff seats. Everything else on the car is perfect!!! (Well, gas mileage could be a bit better) but the seats are my only gripe. Primary Use: Family transportation |

Great Car — I enjoy my SRX for everyday to and from work, to long family trips. The SRX handles like a car but yet has the room of a mid sized SUV. It is the perfect crossover between the two. For The Money - Its Hard To Beat The Value — The 2012 Cadillac SRX is a very comfortable and smooth riding car and it sits high enough to give you a good view of the road and surrounding traffic. The Premium version comes with nearly every option Cadillac has to offer. The performance is good with quick acceleration through the gears. The 4 year maintenance plan is and should be standard with a car of this type. Yet surprisingly, other cars such as the Mercedes SUV's do not offer this. The only two downsides are mileage and drive train. For an SUV of this size and power it is probably Okay - but we would like to see better. The only other item is front wheel drive. We had the original rear wheel drive SRX and thought that it handled and performed much better than the newer model SRX. If you want a REALLY good deal - buy a 1 yr old SRX with a CPO warranty. You may save as much as 25% off MSRP and end up with 6yrs of warranty instead of the usual 4 yr. Primary Use: Family transportation |
