Finally, A Cuv That Is Built For Driving! — The Tiguan, in full trim, is a near- luxury CUV that is still a big secret in the industry. The VW costs 10% more than a RAV4 or CRV, but offers 30% better build quality. Fit and finish are superb, and the substantial quality of the Tiguan sets it above many of its Asian and American competitors. Cargo room is smaller than the others, and the drivetrain does make an unrefined sound under acceleration. But the Tiguan is an absolute pleasure to drive, and its GTI- like lateral handling will quickly win over most drivers. If you're looking to save 3500 dollars, go buy the homely RAV4 or Honda CRV. If you want a CUV that is attainable, stylish, and built for driving, get the VW Tiguan.

Go Test Drive One!!! — Impressive handling, performance and great fuel economy not to mention the best warranty package offered world wide. Electromechanical power steering (no power steering fluid) makes the vehicle extremely responsive yet gives it ease of handling at lower speeds. Turbo Straight Injected engine improves performance and delivers the muscle when you step on the gas combo ed with the 6 spd triptonic transmission for fun and great fuel economy. Fun To Drive Crossover — This crossover is fun to drive and rips through snow with ease. Its a bit tame on the power side but there's enough horses there for the car to still be fun to drive especially through snow. The benefits of the smaller engine are the great fuel economy I generally get around 600km per tank driving in the city. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Fun To Drive And The First Three Years Have Free Routine Maintenance — Having the turbo on this vehicle makes it all worth while. Great acceleration, braking and handling. Only complaint has been the squeal from the brakes while backing. Interior fit and finish is great and exterior is very good. Gas mileage if you learn not to take off fast is reasonable. FUN to drive is like a GTI on stilts! Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

More Solid Then The Rav4 Or Crv Just Feels All Around Better Great Fit And Finish. — Got my new 2010 SEL arrived on the 23rd of December, by the 28th it was being towed in it would not start. they (VW the dealership) fixed the starter at no cost to me. I truely do love everything about the little SUV but it just has not regained my complete confidence yet!!! Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

A Real Treat To Drive And Own - My Best Vehicle Ever! — This is the best vehicle I have driven to date. I had a Honda CRV for four years, and there is just no comparison. The Tiguan is far sturdier, the ride is smooth and the handling extremely easy. I have only had my Tiguan for a month, but I am totally in love with it! I love the way it handles on the road in all weather, the ease of parking it, the quietness of the drive and the amazing acceleration. I have cloth seats and the warmer - a real treat!! This is a classy little SUV, and is great fun for anyone in the family to drive and enjoy! Primary Use: Commuting to work |
