Pros

Hard charging car with 600 HP and still gets 22 mpg on the highway.

Cons

Live rear axle - they have figured out how to make it work but an independent suspension would take this car to a different performance level.

2010 Gt500 S Beast — Love the car but I have a 2013 GT500 ordered. Car gets looks no matter where we go - always draws a crowd. The occasional SS Camaro that wants a little taste usually wanders off licking their wounds. Sound of motor and blower is awesome. Car can easily make over 750 HP if desired for a few thousand dollars.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Shelby Mustang Gt500 — The sound when you throttle up. This is an awsome muscle car stock from the factory with more than 500 strong mustang horses. A car that every young guy should get the chance to drive. People can't help but turn their heads to look.

Cons

Nothing.

Best Car For The Money. — At around fifty-five thousand with taxes and the seven-year extended warranty it is a steal compared to the crap other brands sell for around the same price or even two-four times more money. Buy this car! Now! Needed more words

Fun Although Most People Should Probably Stick To The Automatic Gt. — The handling, braking, and acceleration are all extremely nice and you can't really break a sweat on it in the city. It's natural speed is around 60-80 mph (highway driving). Looks great and is fun to race, most motorcycles don't even stand a chance.

If Your In Doubt , Try One And Buy One . — Performance is great but could always be better , braking and handling are first rate. Build is adequate for me . Appearance is Stunning . Gas mileage for a 580hp car is mind blowing . You bet its fun to drive , even more fun to race !!!

725hp?

2010 Shelby Mustang Gt500 Super Snake — Engine: 5.4L V8 with 725hp. Torque, skidpad and 0-60 time is unknown (not kidding) Missing lots of official test specs. But who cares its the highest production muscle car of all time. Oh and did I mention 725hp? A faster non production version of this car with 800+hp has been built for Bill Cosby.

Great Value & Great Fun — Ford got this mustang right. The performance, looks (inside and out) are outstanding. I was able to get the car at MSRP and I think in todays market that is a very good deal for a car of this type. It is just fun to drive. The gas mileage is nothing to talk about but it is adequate.
