2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE Review
Prossmooth CVT v-6, design of the car, turning signal light on side view mirrors. things that come with the sports package. Consexcessive noise from the vehicle. stiff ride that doesnt match the car's smooth ride.

Why I Semi-love This Car — I bought this car about a month ago (BRAND NEW), and comparing to my old 2003 Toyota Corolla, it is no doubt,a lovely car. The v-6 makes passing cars and going up the hill a breeze. The interior of the car is not all that impressive, but it's still a big improvement from the 2006 version of the altima. i have the 3.5 SE with the sports package so i get: moon roof/spoiler and fog light. they say that 3.5 SE has a sports suspension which i find very annoying and i think that it messes up the balance of the car. when you look at this car, you don't automatically think of speed and racing. i wanted more of comfortable ride rather then stiff, bouncy ride. there are few noises made by the vehicle that drives me insane sometimes. first there is the sound that come from the side door panels in the front driver and passanger seat. put your leg against it, and it will make a rather loud squick sound. the rear suspension also makes a squick sound going over a bump. the air conditioning noise is unbearable. the car is super quiet when the a/c is off but when you turn it on, you can really hear it inside and outside the car. 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL Review
ProsI love the CVT transmission. You can not hear or feel the gears shift. This makes for a smooth and pleasant driving experience. ConsI am currently paying $400 per month for the car. I have a goal of opening my own business. That $400 can go to the start up costs for the business. Another con is that it costs over $50 to fill up the tank at the pump. It takes 87 unleaded gas.

It Is A Wonderful Car To Drive! — I really liked the fact that I have not had any major problems with it. I have not had to change the transmission. To the best of my knowledge the only things that I have replaced are the brakes, tires, and front bumper. Primary Use: Commuting to work

I Know Why These Car Are So Popular — bought with 21k miles - not even broken in! seems sluggish with more than one person in car. wont be surprised when i get a ticket though. comfy. elegant, yet sporty. my second Nissan. hope i get over 200k out of this Nissan too. Love this car! Primary Use: Family transportation

A Great Dependable Clean Used Car With No Problems — The CVT transmission is great because you never feel a shift as you accelerate. Push button start is great because you just leave your keys in your pocket at all times. It has great fuel economy with a I4 automatic transmission. Primary Use: Commuting to work

This Is A Outstanding Car That I Would Keep, But I Have Two Other Cars Already. — Incredible gas mileage 25(City)/32(Hwy). Extra large trunk. Fold down 50/50 seat backs provide extra storage for long items in trunk. Plenty of leg room in the front and back seats. New tires. Extra car from divorce. Priced to sell. Primary Use: Family transportation

Buy One If You Have The Opportunity Its Worth Every Penny — This car is bad ass car for a family car. This car is not only safe for the kiddos but also affordable to. It can be custom and it looks like a BMW easily. I would buy it again yep Primary Use: Family transportation

2008 Nissan Altima — Tri-coat white pearl made this a beautiul car to look at especially in the sunlight. The options were not as good as the new 2009 Altima I own, however, it was to be our main family car until a truck hit the front end and rolled over the hood. Thankful the unibody design help up well in the crash and kept the passengers safe. Primary Use: Family transportation |
