ProsGreat pick-up and go in cool temps. Great visibility. Tight handling. ConsNot much space. Not much storage. Poor standard tires.

Definitely A Great All-around Small Suv, And In The Right Colour, Gets Looks. — Great SUV!! It has a great engine, although whiney in hot weather. Brakes are very strong. Although it had 4 recalls in the 3 years I've had it, they were minor. Fuel mileage is harsh for the size. But it goes, and carves the bends well for an SUV. Wishing it had a little more room. Primary Use: Family transportation

Good Looking Small Suv — My wife loves this car. It is fun to drive, no maintenance problems, looks great. The looks, handling, and all wheel drive are big differentiators from most of the small SUVs out there. Fuel efficiency is not great, but it is trade off for the power. Homerun Land Rover — Trouble free, great color and mileage with a 6 cyl diesel. Comfortable on the highway and in the city. Off road is a blast. The brunt orange color and the leather inside make a great combination. If you want to have fun you can go anywhere anytime. Best vehicle since my 79ยด Z28. | ||

Land Rover Lr2 Aka Freelander 2 — Fantastic 2.2 TD4 engine - loads of juicy bottom end torque. Great gearbox with solid brakes. Excellent standard spec level 350kms to half a tank - atleast 700kms range $105 to fill up every 15 days! Reliability seems to be good and it has fantastic interior accessories. Have installed a dual battery system in the boot! FULL SIZE SPARE TYRE is a damn good thing that many competitors aren't doing! Steering is very direct and sharp but nicely weighted, perhaps slightly too light! Sensational Brand and car! Great fun! Love it, you should buy one now or tomorrow!! |
