Great Versatilty — This is a fantastic car for someone who wants better mileage than a full size SUV and better handling in the winter than a mini van. There is plenty of room for hockey bags and it travels through the snow with ease. The best part for kids is that the back seat is extremely roomy and comfortable. Great vehicle!

Cons

Acceleration

Solid Car With Plenty Of Amenities — Acceleration is mediocre but the ride quality is extremely smooth otherwise. The engine is quiet and doesn't rev too high. I average around 20 mpgs doing mostly city driving which is pretty good. Leather seats are extremely comfortable and all the temperature and audio controls are easy to figure out. 270 watt sound system is a bit overkill for AM/FM radio and XM but it is awesome with CDs or iPod (via the auxiliary input). Plenty of legroom in the front and back for a car its size and the middle seat in the back is decently wide. Overall solid car with quality materials inside and out and easy handling. Compared to the similar Rav4 which costs more, this is a way better car!

I Love My Car — The performance is amazing considering a 4 cylinder SUV, it accelerates quickly and the handling is amazing. The build quality is top notch, from the paint finish to the sturdieness of the doors. There are no squeaks or rattles of any sort. The appearence is top notch, looking very classy on the outside and inside. The cost of ownership is very little as the gas mileage is high for a 4 wheel drive and it is a Honda so it has very little maintenence needs. It is a very fun car to drive and I love my car.

Great Car — A solid car, decent milage 17mpg average town mileage, looks good, no problems so far, fun to drive, handles well, comfortable, and spacious easily fits the family and gear, overall, a great car that I would recommend to others to buy. If they made a 6cylinder, i would be in heaven.

I Like This Car — The CR-V is great. I will never buy a non-AWD car again. I have been able to get up our VERY steep driveway even with 10 inches of snow on the ground. We've had a rough winter so far and I am always confident driving this car. I haven't needed any repairs. Highway driving has been great. I sit up high and can see very well. Acceleration has been good and it handles well. Interior is a little smaller than the old car, but we managed to get everyone and their luggage in for our vacation. When you put down the rear seats, there is a 3 inch lip from the cargo area. Kind of awkward. The cargo area comes with a cover shelf that you can put lightweight stuff on. It sounds better than it looks. The stuff falls down between the rear seats and into the cargo area. Besides I'm never sure if I'm putting on two much weight for the shelf. Exteriorwise, it's not a big car, but it just looks big and bulky. The cargo windows are small and visibility is not great. On another plus side, I can look drive thru people in the eye.

The Suit Modale Honda — i like because has got damn engine power with 2400 cc and has strong enough for braking, nice handling in their class. you don't need repairs any kind of alteration. luxurious seat, the cabin its big enough for four person. high cost of maintenance, high gas mileage. this car is fun to drive because i thing there are hand rest in every seat and of course pretty comfortable. but sometimes the shock absorber feel too hard.

I think I've pretty much said it in my opening remarks.  One fantastic little SUV!  Handling is even above par for a car like this.

Cons

Could use a bit more power.  If Honda would Turbo it, look out!

Golden Hauler — One fantastic little SUV/Crossover. No wonder they're number one in sales of small SUV's. Bought this car new in 2008. Has 42,000 miles now, and not a squeak or rattle anywhere. It's the top of the line model (EX-L Navi) with black leather seats, Navigation, Silver Exterior, Weather Tech mats, 3M Clear Bra on front and leading edges, new tires, new battery, trailer hitch (class I), HID Headlights, Factory Honda Fog Lights, Magnaflow Exhaust, Honda Running Boards and Splash Guards, Privacy Glass in all rear windows, 50% Tint in front door windows, Monochromatic Rear View Mirror with Compass, Honda Rear Hatch Spoiler, K&N 1 Million Mile Air Filter, and Runs with Mobil 1 Oil.

Pros

Absolutely wonderful utility car.  I got what I paid for from Honda.

Cons

Poor high speed handling.  I think this car would roll if you attempted a high speed, collision-avoidance maneuver.  I am no expert.  Just my gut.  Brakes are very sensitive.

Wonderful Every-day Family Utilitiy Car. — My 2008 Honda CRV LX never had a mechanical problem. I just sold it to some nice folks and I had and have NO reservations about selling it to them. They will love the car and it will love them back.
