Pros

V-8, great power and torque, awesome handling, great gas mileage, fun to drive, sounds great

Cons

terrible in the snow

Pontiac Grand Prix Gxp 2006 — Absolutely all around perfect car. Great handling, jumps off the line, and sounds great. Gets amazing gas mileage for a V-8 and looks great. Can not beat the price for everything that comes with this car. Big trunk, comfertable seating, and even has on windshield display. Only dislike with the car is its miserable in the winter. With the wide wheels and over 300 torque, is horrible to try and get any traction. Other then that I love to drive this car. 0-60 in less than 5sec and definetly feel the push. Amazing car!

Decent Everyday Car — Relatively low cost. Pretty reliable. Lasted longer than my old one. Not many problems. Fits four comfortably. Good in the snow. Factory remote start. Tires and brakes do need frequently replaced. No real problemsuntil about 120000 miles. Would buy another but Pontiac is no longer around.

I love the way this car drives.  Nice handling, power and good for long road trips.  Love the leather and heated seats on a cold morning.

Cons

It is a car... looking for a little more space for children and friends now.  At the time of purchase it was everything I was looking for.

If You Get This Car, Get It With A Sunroof!!! — This car is a fun, nice looking, good handling car. I would drive this car around the country. It has get up and go when you get onto the freeway and it handles wonderfully at hight speeds. No rattles, no major repairs.

Overall A Very Nice Car. We've Only Had It 3 Months But So Far We Love It. — The acceleration is first rate. The car corners very well. There is plenty of room both in front and back. The trunk is spacious and does not have the "lip" that most cars have making loading and unloading easy. The leather seats are form fitting and comfortable. Drawbacks: with the Navigation system, it would have been better if it came with a CD changer or MP3 player. The headroom is a little low and the steering wheel seems too big for the space. Once on the road, the ride & handling are very stable & responsive. Compares favorably with the Charger R/T.

Cheap power

Cons

Kind of a gimmick car

Good Rental — I rented this car in from the Kona International Airport in Hawaii which makes my experiencec all the better. The 300 horsepower V8 added to the peppiness. 20 mpg also added to the pluses. It also came with some nice exhaust, paddle shifters, and a nice sound system. It was one of the better cars I have rented.

Cons

Interior space, and fiddly interior buttons.

Perfectly Decent In The Usa, But Only At The Right Price — Yet another of the cars I drove on my holiday in the USA last year. For a large front wheel drive car it is surprisingly decent to drive. The V6 engine has good performance, though it's not exceptional. The fuel economy is fairly par for the course, though. The interior looks good, but has far too many buttons and is very dark. There is also a surprising lack of headroom in both the front and the rear. I find it a bit disappointing too that bare metal is exposed in the trunk (boot). A good effort, but I certainly wouldn't spend my money on one unless the price was right.

Reliable — This car handles really well and has a really nice ride. Gas mileage for my car on highway was at 31 mpg, but in town it averaged out to be about 16 mpg, would love to keep this car but I was rip off by the dealer and was finaced way to high, I was younger than and looking to get out from under it.
