Prosone of a kind Conslacks off the line power

Rx-8 — overall - it's a nice car 2 front seats and 2 rear seats build - not really much on repairs, do need to check oil at every fill up appearance - it has aradical lines and bumps which make it unique cost - mild, premium gas not much on maintenance, quart of oil here and there fun - this car is kinda slow of the line but once you hit about 3rd gear is where the car really comes in to play and the suspension is how they say track tuned (no idea if it is) but hey i can say its fun going fast in turns it can handle itself

ProsPretty much everything... ConsFuel consumption, lack of torque in the 1000-5000 rpm band
35
Xxx — Simply one of the best cars ever. It is my personal drift car... Sharp steering, fine tuned suspension, fairly fast, great noise, well equiped, well built, extremely good value for money... On the downside its fuel consumption could bring you to your knees...plus there is a lack of torque in the 1000-5000 rpm band not allowing low rev drift from the get-go... Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros10k rev limit, great handling, great looks, very light Consowned by FORD, very low torque, ridiculous gas mileage (avg 16)

Consider Bmw Or Infiniti/nissan — very light car that handles very well but has very low low-end torque. the transmission is also too close so expect to cruise in top gear revving at 4k going 70mph. i would love to drive a turbo version of this car. as for maintenance it gradually uses up the oil as you drive so make sure to top off every thousand miles or less. build quality seems fine at first but after a car accident the car never felt the same. it was more of an annoyance than a pleasure to drive like it used to be. also the synchro mesh on 2nd gear started to show signs of wear while shifting in high rpms after only about 8000 miles. good thing theres a 4 year warranty for this though i have yet to take it in. this is a very pretty car and i often get compliments on it though i do think the rear taillights are a bit too crazy looking. i think this car is great in appearance even stock though there are alot of potential for modifications. the interior is decent with leather but the back seats are a pain to sit inside if you're any taller than 5 foot 6. and the lack of an ipod connection annoyed me when they are so common in every vehicle. this car is A GAS GUZZLER. a 1.3L rotary gets LESS mpg than 3.5L V6 from nissan. taking only premium and consuming engine oil, be ready to empty your wallet everytime at the pumps. casting the negatives aside, driving fast in this car is so easy when the car does everything you want without fighting back. the car just grips and doesnt lose traction unless you really try to but when the back swings out its quite difficult to control. all in all i think this is the car for people who are educated in rotary engines as it is a hassle to maintain, but fit for any type of driver. ProsFun to drive - in summer, excellent front seating and gauges. ConsRear seat only for kids or adults under 5'5. Do NOT drive in snow.

Little Ricer Space Ship — Well I bought this on a whim, I had never owned an import and I thought I should give em a chance. Sporty, excellent ride and comfortable plus probably the best gauges/displays I've seen. Cornered on rails. Rear drive rotary power. Nice right? Well....depends. Cant start the car then run it for 5 seconds then shut it off cause it will flood for next time you start. VERY inconvenient. Has to be towed to the dealer every time. Had power but only in the high RPMs. But the worst is if you live in a winter state or Canada - forget it, these things are so light and rear driven that you cannot get traction in 1inch of snow. Maybe rear winter tires would have helped? It felt like you were driving a super car from the future, just not in a snowstorm.

Beautiful And Quick What Is Better? — The car handeled like a champion. The ride was so smooth sometimes you would forget you where even in a sports car. I treated this car like it was my baby. Really hate to let it go. But family is more important. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsThis car turn head everywhere you go why? simply because of its styling layout. Thats why i love it. ConsAs for right now and since I got it, the car have not been in the shop not even a single time besides for alignment and new tires other than that NONE. Gas mileage ah... This car is a gas guzzler imagine if it was a V8.

Not An Everyday Driver. — This package has a lack in acceleration because the fact that is a 4 port. braking is nicely done handling is amazing probably the best one out there if you compare this car to a mustang you'll know what I'm talkin' 'bout. To tell you the truth it is very funto drive im not gonna lie because this car takes corners like there is no tomorrow. Try it, and see for you self :) Primary Use: Family transportation

ProsPerformance, comfort, amazing cornering ConsEconomy

Outstanding Value In Terms Of The Amount Of Entertainment For The Price — Don't know why folks complain about performance, this is NOT a slow car, under 6.5 secs to 60 is pretty good. However it doesn't feel, sound or behave like a piston engine, so you have to reprogram your brain to drive in the appropriate way for a rotary. The cornering is amazing. Fuel economy is terrible, but you buy it for fun not economy. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Amzaing Car, If You Have Enough Money To Pay For The Fuel — 0 - 60 in 6.8 seconds 7 MPG = ( 4 doors (2 at back are suicide doors) Leather seats, Air Con, CD Changer, everything about this car is amazing.. This car is simply amazing, to be able to blast through the county side knowing that any corner you come across will be of no concern.. with the added bonus of a boot full in a round about takes it sideways! Best Car Puchase I've Ever Made. — The car turns heads wherever it goes. Though a little low on the torque, it makes up for it in the handling. Unique Rotary Engine keeps you learning well after you've purchased the car. Go test drive one now. NOW! Primary Use: Commuting to work |
