Honda Crv — Cost of Ownership - Very low if you ignore the devaluation, I get 50mpg, nothing goes wrong & took out the 5 year service deal. Build Quality - Well put together, plasics scatch easily for a 4x4. Fun Factor - A great occasional off road car, pulls like a train, great traction control, goes places that most cars wont. Performance - Get a remap & she flies.

Honda Automobiles Did It Again With New Design For The Honday Cr-v — Its a great little car. I went from my old 2003 Accord Coupe V6 EX-L to the new body style CR-V and rides and is as comfortable as the Accord. I was one of the first to purchase the new body style, that came out in 2007 from the dealer. What's great, the car now comes with leather seats, so it really looks great!

Pros

All bells and whistles, build quality, cost to ownership, fun factor, great overall value

Cons

Bad fuel ecconomy considering it's Honda

2007 Honda Cr-v Ex W/nav — Like all bells and whistles: Nav, backup camera, XM-satellite radio, PCMCIA card slot, cd changer, moonroof, leather, aux output, maneuverability, heated seats, trip computer, etc... really a lot to like about it. Sport and fun ride feeling. Dislike: sluggish acceleration (it's a 4-beater after all), although (!) fuel economy is far below from what I was expecting from Honda - this is my second Honda vehicle. I previously owned 03 Accord EX which was also 4-cyl. engine but much better gas saver!

Pros

Space, ergonomics, reliability, safety

Cons

Could use more power but not at the expense of fuel economy

2007 Honda Cr-v Ex — This is an excellent family/mt bike hauler. We usually get around 27 mpg on the highway and right around 25 mpg city. There isn't a lot of power but there's more than enough to get you from A to B without getting you in trouble with Johnny law. The all wheel drive has been great for getting through the Minnesota winters, as has the stability and traction control. This is one of the highest rated mini-SUVs when it comes to safety and its a Honda so you know the reliability is there. It has a unique look but with typical CR-V sales numbers you shouldn't expect to be the only one on the road. An excellent choice for an active family that values safety and doesn't want to leave a huge carbon footprint.

Pros

handles great and it comfortable with a lot of room.

Cons

geared to have lower revs at higher speed so it has less acceleration at high speeds.

Replaced My Bmw — handles great and it comfortable. Its my golf cart. fits 4 and 4 golf bagges perfectly. geared to have lower revs at higher speed so it has less acceleration at high speeds. but the good side to that is i could cruise at 95 and only be at 3.5 rpm

It's The Best Of All The Compact Suvs, And Its A Honda! — Great build quality, drives and handles more like a car. Great styling and features, quite peppy considering its 4 cyl. But it gets 27mpg on the highway driving 80-90mph.

Not A Bar Car, But Not Amazing Either -- Get The Rav-4 — I test-drove this car earlier this summer. It's not a bad car: OK build quality, OK performance. The acceleration is underwhelming, and the ride wasn't as smooth as I expected. The interior looks pretty nice and has good space both in the front and in the back. I compared this car to a Toyota RAV-4, which I really like and which I had previous experience with. The RAV-4 is better in every aspect.

Great Car. — Great car, reliable, comfortable, perfect size for me. Even the gas usage is reasonable which is 23-25 miles per gallon in the city and 26-29 miler per gallon on highways/freeways. Design is great, as an example - the small detail like the places for bottles are thought trough - all passengers have it.

Pros

MPG, smooth ride, look, childseat friendly back seat and wide opening doors.

Smaller cargo area (when you compare with the larger vehicles) but still good storage space for most people. Our air compressor went out over the summer.

Great Car With Great Mpg — We love this car for it's handling, style, and most importanly how to save on gas. Some say it is a little slow to move because it is a 4 cylinder but I still find it is nimbly enough to maneuver on the interstate. I love how to the doors open the full 90 degrees to get kids and carseats in and out of the back seat. We also have a large breed dog and the back hatch is not as angled as it is on some of those other small SUVs so he has more room than most. The interior looks great and our car is in Excellent condition.
