Great Great Car — excelent in every aspect great value for the money the 2.5L sounds beauutiful responds excelently the tiptronic gearbox us smooth but when you use the sport option the response is impressive it is comfortable and the suspension keeps the car steady in the curves Primary Use: Commuting to work

Have Two And Will Keep Buying For The Comfort, Ride, Safety And Autobahn Style Driving Dynamics ! — Can't go wrong with a car that can out run a Toyota Prius Hybrid and do better in GAS mileage, right ??? I Have To Give It A Title. Sigh — Only regret was not being able to get the diesel power train. The 2.5 still has plenty of torque, and the car handles amazingly. Tiptronic along with just enough traction control makes even the most amateur driver feel like a veteran rally driver. Overall great car for getting five people around comfortably. | ||

Don't Dismiss The Diesel! — Amazing fuel economy & creature comfort abound!! Leather, heated seat, sun roof, satelite radio...have all the options of higher priced vehicles. Quiet, rides nice, does just about everything I want in a car. I get about 42 to 46 mpg on average of both city and highway. Despite higher price on diesel, it still comes out on top. Engines are also designed to go over 300,000 miles. | ||

Vw Jetta Tdi — I like the Performance – acceleration, braking, handling is superb. The Build Quality is generally very Good in comparison. The car's Appearance – both interior and exterior styling is good and the Cost of Ownership – like diesel consumption is one of the best. Maintenance is also OK at 15 000 km intervals. Sweet Ride! — Acceleration of this car is unbeliavable....built in turbo tdi engine and it just flies. 2 years now and no repairs at all! tinted windows it just makes it look HOT! 1000km per tank of fuel! sweet! 2006 Vw Jetta Tdi — This car is a tank! Carries tons of kids and golf clubs! Huge head room inside spacious enough for my 6'4" son. Clean and sleek lines on the outside. Rides great. Excellent diesel mileage 1000 k to the tank. Super fun to drive to the beach with the moon/sun roof and all the windows down! Great pick up with 5 speed stick! | ||

Proshave not found much...styling is what I bought it on ConsConsistent repairs I think there are problems with the 2.5l engine but VW will not admit it!!

2006 Jetta Is A Lemon — Car has been in the shop for various problems 2 times for engine cooling fan failure. 4 times for check engine light ( 4 NOX sensors replaced) all under warranty BUT the inconvenience factor was a pain. 5th time for check engine light along with wiring harness and cooling fan total bill $3000.00 plus. This car qualifies for lemon law!! | ||

Safe — One of the safest side impact cars you can get. The TDI gets 40+ MPG so saves you a few bucks. Has TONS of trunk space for those of you that need to go to the store you dont have to take your SUV to fit everything in. And to top it off its diesel so it will last longer than most other cars. The rear seats fold down to fit even more in that trunk of yours. Handling acceleration and braking is good for everyday use, its no race car but who needs one for everyday use? if your looking for that go look at a ferrari. |
