Grand Touring Trim Makes This Car — As a car guru and major enthusiast, my 350Z GT is by far the most incredible car I have owned (or even driven). For some people the car is ugly, lacks any real styling, but until you have seen a Grand Touring, you haven't seen THE car. You can buy a base 350Z relatively cheap, in the mid $20ks out the door, but I highly recommend you spend the extra $10k for the Track or Gran Touring model (Nissan discontinued the Track model in 2007). What does the Grand Touring get you? - 18"/19" Rays Forged Aluminum Wheels - Brembo Braking System - Bose Audio System - Leather Seats (heated) - Front/Rear Spoilers - Other minor features Wheels: The wheels make the car, and add quite a bit to the cost of the GT upgrade. They are light, and are the best stock wheels I have seen on a car. Brembo Braking System: Nothing really needs to be said; primary braking system of Formula 1 race car teams. Bose Audio: The best sounding stock system I have ever heard in any car. If you go rent a 350Z for a day, you will fall in love. Please don't waste your time and get the automatic, that takes the fun factor out. This car wants to slide around corners and be power shifted.

Pros

Fun, Fast, Sexy

Cons

Nothing really...

Fun Fast Sexy — Awesome handling. Quick acceleration. Brembo brakes perform wonderfully, albeit extremely expensive to repair. Surprisingly few squeaks and rattles, though their is a lot of wind noise through the windows. I love the appearance, exterior most especially. It's definitely an eye catcher. The interior is eye pleasing, well laid out, however the quality is crap. The factory paint scratches off easily, but fortunately most of the interior is easy to pull out and repaint yourself (as I did). The car gets decent gas mileage, about 20 city and 28 highway... I average 24.5mpg. Maintenance has just been the regular oil changes and filters, tire pressure/alignment. The best part about the car is the fun factor, being my first sports car, it's made a good enough impression that I won't go back to just an every day car.

Cons

no back seats, not conveniant

Nissan Z — Best ( Real ) Sports car you can get for a ( Little ) $ !!! 2 Doors, 2 Seats, Solid engine, RWD, JDM = Fun !!! 350Z or Z33 from Nissan are one of the rare pure jdm sports car on the market still and even for 50K Can$ it's worth every penny of pure exictment. Only for 35K US$ you got the same car full equip wich is the only down point I found cause difference between $US and $Can is like $0.02 and im Canadian... Handling is superb, acceleration and exhaust note is to kill around 6K RPM ( Limit is 7500rpm on most ). No limiter so as long as the engine can go faster it will go faster ( Approx max speed on stock and feel safe and stable ) is around 280 KM/H or 170 mph. Out of the box good for drifting so you can practice a bit if not worry about cops or cost of new tire ! Well it's a driver's car and please take it standard no automatic it's a shame for a true sports car unless it got good paddle shifter. No cell, no coffe, no eating ! JUST DRIVE AND ENJOY !

Pros

Looks cool and is decently quick.

Cons

Hmm, can't think of anything..

45

Japanese Quality. — Fun car. Great all around car in one package. Can handle well, has a very "torque-y" engine, and rates high in terms of safety. I've had it for about 3 years and still just as solid as when I bought it.

Pros

Well optioned, surprisingly decent MPG for it's performance, nice exhaust note, and well behaved handling.

Cons

A few rattles here and there that shouldn't show up in a car in this price range.

Top Down In The South — The 350Z Roadster is a nice compromise between the zippy Soltice and Miata and the more refined Boxter and Z4. While it's less "refined" than the German models, it's a better optioned vehicle for the money. The rev-up VQ engine has more than enough torque and horsepower to satisfy most roadster drivers who generally prefer cruising than attacking the track. Yet, the 350ZR can certainly hold it's own against it's German competitors in the switchbacks.

350z = Drool — Amazing handling for stock suspension; great, aggressive sounding exhaust; a stereo worth the lack of space; and comfort of knowing youll catch the eye of many people

Cons

Already lost my license once.

Looks Drives And Sounds Good. Not Bad For My 1st New Car. — Really well balanced, could do with a bit more power but in time that will come. Inpractical at times but otherwise it is not to hard to live with as a daily driver.
