Love, Love, Love It! — We bought this vehicle to be able to car pool 7 kids to and from school. It is a great vehicle to be able to climb into and out of and holds all passengers and their backpacks easily. No blind spots with the mirrors and also the back-up camera. Navagation on the 2006 model takes a minute to set - which I understand is much more advaced on the newer models ... but it works great. The seat belt doesn't retract well when released - which I understand is the same on the newer models. We have a friend who has a 2008 model and he said his does the same thing. So as you exit the vehicle and close the door, sometimes you will close it on the seat belt. Also .. we did have to replace a headlight - which was going to run $1100 at the dealership - because it is totally encased... OUCH. So we ordered one online from a headlight store and had it replaced for about half the cost. We did not buy this vehicle for gas mileage - 14 - 18 mpg - but it gets about the same as my old Ford Explorer did (which is a smaller vehicle by far). Has great power when you need it. It handles great. Has a better turning radius than my Pontiac G6 convertible. Overall, this is a great vehicle to drive. We feel very safe driving it and it handles like a dream ... not to mention the cushy leather seats that seem to mold around you - not like the hard leather in many vehicles.

Very Nice — I like the amazing power, acceleration, braking, body laguage & high speed but dislike the sand offroad performance due to heavy & overweight body. Cost, service, maintenance & mileage are satisfactory & affordable. Overall, this is my Dream the wonderful & Safe SUV. I Recommend QX56.

Love My Big Bad Truck. — After smashing into a guard rail on an icy morning, I decided I had to drive a tank. This definitely fits the bill, plus it's gorgeous, especially when it's clean.

Impressive, — i like the vehicle because it is very powerful and spacious, The Towing and hauling ability is excellent. The vehicle is very comfortable and full of technology. This is a wonderful family vehicle the family and family travel. The gas miliage is not as good as it could be with this vehicle. I think infiniti should build an engine similar to the ford ecoboost that will improve the gas miliage and retain its towing ability.

Pros

This truck looks and rides great!!  Will tow up to 9,000 lbs but handles and rides like a luxury vehicle should.

Cons

Fuel economy isnt the best, but for its capabilities and versatility it is definitely worth it.  I get about 15 in the city and 21 on the hwy.

Pros

The size of the inside enabled us to fit our family of six and still have room to fit groceries and other large items.

Cons

The gas mileage is not the greatest but the power and sound make up for it.

Pros

Great Engine that pulls hard all the time.  Transmission is smooth, interior is comfortable and large.

Cons

Gas Millage is around 10 mpg. Interior door panels are cheap plastic same as Nissan $15K cheaper.

Living Room On Wheels — This is the family transport wagon! It has a lot of power, huge space inside, all the toys and countless cup-holders.

Pros

Bells and Whistles galore!  Loved the keyless entry and rear-view camera which made backing up much easier.

Cons

gas mileage...

Another Gas Guzzler — I think we averaged 14 MPG which is better than my Explorer but not when gas prices are + $3/gal. We loved this truck which had 3rd row seating and captain's chairs in the back and front. DVD player with Xbox hookup and wireless headphones. The rear-view camera was super kewl. We really miss have space and a GPS.
