2006 Honda Accord EX Review
Proshandling, the pep the engine has, speaker sound is nice, armrest extends out. Consvibrating brake pedal if you stop hard

A Very Nice, Elegant, Sexy Car — i would describe my accord as feeling peppy and sporty with the appearance of a nice family sedan. i love the inside, more than enough room inside and its not too big of a car to handle in small places. i here honda brakes ar notorious for squealing but i dont have that problem, however, when i hit the brakes with some force, the pedal shakes and vibrates, i thought it was the rotors, ive since heard that a lot of accords do that. all in all, i think it is a very nice car. the stealing is sluggish and semi responsive, but i like that, i dont like a darty front end. 2006 Honda Accord EX V6 w/ Nav Review
ProsAfter my 3 Series, I needed something more cost effective to maintain with a little more room. Quality interior appointments and a respectable 0-60 time (e.g., 5.9 seconds) were also important considerations. Enter the 2006 Accord 6-6MT sedan with HFP suspension, leather, and navigation. Car and Driver called the 2006 Accord 6-6MT "an unsuspecting tiger in a business suit." ConsTiger suggests a level of agility that this car lacks, but was easily remedied by installing the bolt-on additions of Acura TL Type-S Front and Rear Sway Bars. The standard 6.5" wheels also have limitations that are easily addressed by upgrading to an Acura solution. The OEM 6-6mt wheels only accommodate 215 width tires -- too skinny for the torque numbers this car puts down -- resulting in wheel spin (and as we all know, spinning is not winning). The Acura TL wheels from 2006 are a direct bolt on and at 7.5" wide take a 245 width tire. These wheels that are manufactured by Enkei Japan take OEM Honda center caps which is crucial. By deploying these simple solutions, I have been able to enjoy this grocery getter.

2006 Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe Review
ProsComfortable and smooth ride. ConsBoring to drive.

Smooth, Quiet, Decent Power, Nice Features, But A Bit On The Dull Side. — The Accord is a very nice-looking and comfortable car, with good build quality and plenty of features. The ride is quiet and smooth, and the engine sounds great when driven hard. It's got pretty decent power from the V6, and gas mileage for combined driving has been excellent so far at 26-27mpg. All that said though, I'm not thrilled about the car overall. It doesn't handle nearly as well as I had hoped it would, being a somewhat sporty-looking coupe, and I'm not crazy about how the transmission operates compared to cars I've driven in the past. The main reason I bought it in the first place was because I got an amazing deal, but I'll be trading it in as soon as it's paid off. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Prosgreat gas milage, very smooth ride on the highway Consnot for someone who wants to turn heads.

Best Family Sedan On The Market — At 30,000 miles I've had no issues, change the oil ever 6-7K miles, rotate the tires, haven't been back to Honda since I bought it. LED taillamps ensure no one hits me, and the little extra's have spoiled me.

Happy With Our Honda But Not The Squeaky Brakes!! — We are first time Honda owners, purchased our 2006 Honda Accord EXL 4 door automatic in June 2006. Overall, we are very happy with the vehicle but since the weather has turned cold, the brakes squeak, almost constantly... was just wondering if others with the same model are experiencing this? ProsIt's affordable, and drives amazing> ConsIt doesn't handle as well as a SUV does in snow weather.

Affordable With Style. — I love the way this car drives and handles. It is a smooth car, with power, comfort and class. Known as the cheaper version of the Acura. the only difference being the high end service that comes with the Acura. As for reliability, it's on the same level as the Acura.

Great Car And Only One Owner! — I'm really going to miss my gas mileage. :( I've had my second child and now I need a bigger vehicle. I can go a whole week with out getting gas! This car has everything you'll need...leather seats, sun roof, 6-cd changer, power seats...so many to name them all. Primary Use: Family transportation
