Great Family Vehicle — Got the big V-6, has no problem merging with traffic. The ride is smoother than the Alero we had before...so smooth. The stow and go seating is awesome, great for a night at the drive in. Only bad part is no hitch reciver, due to rerouting the exhaust because of the stow and go seats.

Not A Bad Van — Yes, practically everyone who owns a van has one of these. There's good reason. We live over 200 miles away from our families and repeated trips back and forth have accumulated over 36K miles in less than 2 years. Our first trip to the shop was about 1K miles ago. It rides about as smooth as any other van and there is enough room for 2 adults, 3 boys and the kitchen sink. The stow-n-go is a blessing when more room is needed (think 200 mile trip from Christmas and multiple local soccer games). The entertainment system is a God-send on the road trips as well. We purchased the T&C new in 2006 during a hefty promotional time period so it was extremely affordable. I will say, we are not a "van" family but it fits our lifestyle right now, and even more so when our baby arrived in 2006. So, due to our expanding family, we traded a Chevy Equinox for the T&C and to be honest, this is the longest we have ever had a vehicle. It works that well for us. The only thing I would change, as I've told my husband, is they need to come out with a Supercharged T&C. I'd never get rid of it.

Pros

This vehicle is ideal for a family. Mom, if you have an infant or young child in a rear facing or harness car-seat....THIS IS THE VEHICLE FOR YOU. The remote-entry doors open/shut w the push of a button. Save your back and invest in this family vehicle. It rides very quietly and smoothly. It is a very comfortable spacious method of transportation, luxurious for all passengers!

Cons

The fuel economy is as good as any crossover or SUV. Driving in town all week I use a full tank of gas. One tank weekly, more on occasion.

Luxurious, Spacious, Affordable — I dislike the fuel economy- my only complaint. Otherwise, this is an ideal vehicle for any Mother with one or more children. It made life so much simpler to have this vehicle: plenty of room for the stroller, the kids, the groceries, the dog...and everything else....smooth ride, excellent sound system, overall excellent vehicle!

Great Van — The performance, comfort, versatile seating and quiet ride are the best features of this car. I love the Stow n Go seats. In less than a minute, I can go from a 7 passenger van to a cargo van that carries a full sheet of plywood (4x8) with the doors closed.

Family Oriented — nice van for family the tow&hide seats was very convenient that give this van a tone of space that could convert a 7 passengers to a extra large cargo van in a very short time kids loved it as much as we did fully equipped with DVD package it was made for long trip

Town And Country Family Friendly — We have had this for over a year drives nice handles good lots of room when I need to haul something the stow and go seats are great has been very depenable not many service issues other than an accident hard to find used body parts must mean they are still on the road. Had a trailer hitch added for about $300. pulls a trailer very nice some times don't even know its back there.

Love This Van! — This is my 3rd Chrysler van! I love them! I have no negative thoughts for this vehicle. The gas mileage was even good, it handles well. Was never in the shop for anything other than routine maintenance except for the engine replacement. Never any problems!

Nice Family Transport — performance quite calm, buildquiality ok, appearance - family, cost of ownership - bad, fueleconomy - bad, green values - no, roomy - yes, fun factor - surprisingly ok, very good on the highway, good for traveling, nice people transport, good for transporting what ever stuff. For example an entire IKEA kitchen.
