A Great Car For Having Sensible Fun Cruising Or On The Gas! — I really enjoyed this car - - it was my first Porsche and it was a lot of fun to have. It get's looks at most stop lights as the color is unique. The interior is very nice and the Bose system is awesome.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Worth Trying Out On A Free Weekend.. Maybe. — Thing is with this car is that it was given to me at the worst time possible: senior year. Yes it's a super fast car; yes it's as flashy as Las Vegas; but as awesome as it could've been, it was pretty impractical. I needed to haul around massive objects for projects and stuff, as well as massive friends a lot of the time, and most streets and weather conditions back in my home town were never too welcoming of a high maintenance car such as this. I actually blew 2/6 cylinders and the crank in a light. But one thing it is good at, is the Corniche; a 60 mile run with only 2 lights, no police, and very little traffic.

Sweet — Love driving it with top down in the open highway. Has plenty of pick up. When called upon, this car delivers. The overall appearance is like falling in love each day I open the garage door. A bit on the pricy side to maintain.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love It — Simply a great feeling when driving this car...It's a true roadster. You can't beat the ride, handling and acceleration. If you have never driven one, you owe it to yourself to drive one. I also love driving with the top down...

Brilliant! — Performance - Great performance and handling. Build Quality - Excellent build quality, car feels like new even today. Appearance - conservative interior and exterior styling which slows the ageing process. Cost of Ownership - Acceptable fuel economy considering the performance. Tyres are expensive to replace though. Fun Factor - You cant help but drive it fast in all situations!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love It — Overall the car is Amazing, Performance is close top my 911, Beautiful to look at its Appearance is wonderful. As wit all Porsche's its the Solid Build Quality, They just do it right. Save for the 986. Wanted a convertible and the 911 was designed to be a coupe, So we opted for the Boxter S and were very happy. Love It

Porsche 987 Boster S — By far the best performance/handling/balanced sports car along with the Cayman. More fun then a 997 911, but not quite as fast in a straight line...have beaten BMW 335i, Mitsubishi Evolution MR ( though many will argue otherwise, but that's normally from the ones who haven't driven ANY of these cars and dumb kids who can't even drive yet! )and many more in the year and a half that i've owned this car.

Slight reliability issues, expensive tires

One Of The Best Cars I've Owned — This car is awesome. The power is all over the tach, it'll pull from 3K to 7K. It isn't the most powerful car, but the chassis lets you use as much as you can. The handling is great even bone stock. We've had a few issues and the repairs are costly if not for the warranty. $750 for a new 3rd brake light.

Ow Ow! — This car is hot, no doubt. Its a cute sports car, so it comes with the good handling and all that. But its also got a bit of muscle behind it. It can keep up with a Mustang (trust me on this one.)
