ProsFantastic stance, wonderful ride, good performance, easy for loading and unloading children, beautiful look, and comfortable. Consgas mileage is a little lower than I would prefer, but I will update that information following the tuneup I'm doing.

2004 Colorado Z71 Crew Cab Is A Home Run — My wifes truck. The higher stance and fender flares from the Z71 package are fantastic. The I-5 3.5L engine puts out more power than I expected it to and is very responsive. Unfortuantely we are only getting around 18 MPG in it currently, but I plan on doing an extensive tune-up on it to see if we can't gain a few more MPG. It is built solid and the ride is wonderful. This truck thus far has been very fun to drive around and is very easy to get our three children in and out of. Primary Use: Family transportation

ProsBetter than the competitors in a lot of ways! Conscenter arm rest and compartment is poorly designed and flimsy!

Good Choice — Like the look interior and exterior. Like the interior space (quite roomy compared to the Toyota, Nissan, Dodge, and Ford. Wish it was a little bit wider. Wish it had a long bed. Good engine power. Good handling. Expensive key's and keyless entry clickers. Expensive steering wheel and crash bag. | ||

My Chevy Colorado — I love my truck, although better gas millage and longer light bulb life would be nice. Also the brakes are really loud when wet. When I first bought the truck, I had two tires go flat, one with bad wearing the other went bad a few months later. Both were replaced with no hassle. | ||

Lifted Z71 Colorado On 33's — Performance is pretty good for just a 5CYL mid size truc..build quality is right on par with every other truck out there that you intend to beat on and have fun with..Look is amazing especially withn combined with individual ideas..It didnt even cost me that much where i would burn a whole in my pocked having fun with it either...Absolutely love it | ||

Nick's Rado — The truck is red with black 20" wheels. Just recently got the bed Line-X'd...best money i have ever put into that truck! I have, however, had to rebuild the tranny once (stripped the splines on the sun shell) and had the tranny replaced the second time it happened. | ||

ProsAcceleration is wonderful for the 5 cyl engine ConsNot all the room of a full sized truck as far as width goes, but i think it has more leg room than full sized trucks
