Pros

I love the jet black color. It drives smooth and it has the little rim on the windows that keeps the rain out.

Cons

Hitch is rusted a bit and the check engine light is on. I had it checked but they can't find anything wrong.

It's A Great Little Truck — I didn't have this truck long. It was for my son but he lost his job. It hasn't been driven much since we bought it in January. Overall I'd say it's a great little truck with new brakes and new tires.

Incredibly versatile when it comes to use.

Gas mileage is on the low end, and tight spaces are not friendly.

My Love — I love my truck. Great towing capabilities and handles wonderfully. The V8 engine has plenty of get up and go. the gas mileage is 16-19 mpg. Wish it was a little better with the MPGs. Hope to sell my baby and get a more fuel efficient vehicle.

Americas Best Selling Truck For A Reason — if youre looking to get a truck, you cant go wrong with a ford f150. i use it for work(plumber for 8 yrs) i load and beat it and keeps on going. i drive it roughly 1200 miles monthly. road bumps and dips? what bumps and dips??? easily pulls a small trailer with all my rooter machines...at the end of the day, it still serves as my going out truck and looks good enough to roll up at the club in. strong acceleration, good transmission, i have a bed cover on mine keeps all my tools safe. ive owned it for 2 yrs, got it with 140xxx. nearing the 200000 havent had any problems yet. i got lucky

Classic F150 Experience — Enjoyable to drive to work, on the farm and on the highway. Extended cab provides good carbo capacity, along with 6.5 foot truck bed/liner. 4WD and Grappler tires won't disappoint. Rugged truck design with comfortable cabin seating and entertainment system. The best of both worlds.

Pros

Looks great, feels great, good visablity '04 style has bigger pillers, Cheaper 17" tires way more choice then 18", Its a Ford FX4.

Cons

Door trim keeps comeing loose, no electronic shift but floor shift works great, and hard to reach the oil filter for shade tree mechanics.

A Pleasure To Drive.... — My first 5.4L V8 truck. I find it has lots of towing power and plenty enough power to pass when you need to. The ride is firm but not overly so, with responsive steering. Paint job was well done by Ford. Heated leather seats sure are nice in the winter, most newer leather has heating and cooling now but I still get a kick out of mine. All and all a good buy for someone that may want a truck for off road and on.

I love the way this truck looks and the reliability it has afforded me.  strong engine, great towing power and awesome suspension

Cons

Fuel Mileage - it's a truck with 4WD - it's not a Prius.

Fleetside F150 4wd Fx4 With Towing Package — Split duty daily driver with my Miata. 15 MPG vs 24 MPG - I drive 100 miles per day. I love the truck because it's a truck and has everything i need. I occasionally pull a boat which is the main reason I've held on to it for 11 years. That and the fact that it always runs. Amazing reliability! I have 180,000 miles on this truck and am the original owner.

Pros

Great Truck..  I've done everything from daily commute to haul dirt/junk with this truck.  I've even used it to pull up roots.

Cons

Fuel economy could do better on the road.  So could the handling in the snow/rain.

Great Commuter/work Truck — This truck has been pretty awesome to me. I just past 100k miles in 2013 and it is still hard to beat this truck. It has all the room you can ask in a truck. There are only a few downfalls which include bed length and some electronics that tend to fail (I had a relay for remote lock/unlock fail, but no big deal - $20 bucks)

Pros

My truck has not let me down in 120,000 miles and I'm taking it from Az. To San Fran and back without hesitation!

Cons

None, other than gas mileage when I run the a/c, it drops 3-4 mpg!

Awesome Truck, Looking For An F-250 Now! — Great truck! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle! If you want a reliable truck, you can't go wrong with a 2003 Ford F-150, mine had 33,000 miles when I bought it and its almost 150,000 miles with only a bearing in an alternator going bad and only changing tires, oil, and brakes!
