Pros

fun to drive, looks different, nice interior

Cons

everybody has one now (though they didn't when I got mine) and it's not a pre-1970 american car.

Pimp Time Cruiser — Comfortable car. The manual transmission makes everything better, it's practically an anti theft device now days. Fun to drive and surprisingly fast for such a tiny engine. Decently fuel efficient. The high roof gives lots of clearance for taller people and makes you feel like you're in a car twice the size.

Pros

Fun litte car. Can sport two-tones or flames and turn a lot of heads. Reliable. Seats 5 comfortably. Sits high for good views in traffic.  Easy to get in and out of. Seats fold down to create amble cargo space. Can haul a surprising amount of stuff including all but the biggest pieces of furniture. It is like a small SUV.

Cons

Small turning radius.  Old model bumpers bleached out and needed to be repainted.

Fun & Practical — Bought my 2002 for $21k in Jan 2003 and enjoyed it for ten trouble free years and 104k miles. Only major repair was for cooling fan that seems to blow its fuse whenever the battery is changed out. I painted the bottom half to make mine a two-tone which it seemed designed for. Loved this car and held onto it long after I could afford something a little more high end. Was the go-to car for lunch because it could comfortably seat five while my colleagues Mercedes' could only seat four. Rear cargo space was a big help through two moves and many Craig's List finds. Finally broke down and replaced it with a used 2006 Lexus SC 430. I like cars with a little pizzaz.

Pros

Looks, especially with the Woody Package.  LImited Edition has leather and heated seats. Front passenger seat back folds down on itself allowing for an 8 ft. ladder / surfboard.  Rear seats fold up or come out completely for mini-van cargo hauling.  Solid feeling car.  Roof rack.  Factory tinted windows and moon roof are great features too!

Cons

Turning radius / gas milage

Woody Cruiser With Style, Form And Function. — The PT Cruiser was a phenomenon even before it came out. With retro styling and "Tall Car" 4 dr., hatchback practically and rear seats that can fold up or be taken out completely, it filled many needs... a 5 passenger people hauler or cavernous mini-van. The sculpted, flared wheel wells sets it apart from any other shortish "Tall Car." There are many PT Cruiser Clubs around the country and parts are easy to come by since so many PT Cruisers are still on the road. The Limited comes with heated leather seats, a moon roof, tinted windows, roof rack. Gas milage comes in at 20 mpg. It has a 15 gallon tank that will ask to be filled every 275 miles. Only a handful of times did I push past 300 miles before refueling. In ten years it's never left me stranded except for a dead battery... highly dependable :-)

Pros

GT model has horepower, and I like the styling.

Cons

Cheaply made, poor handling, unimpressed all around

Sorry I Decided On Purchacing This Car. Never Again. — The only reason I got this car is because I thought it would be a good family car, and it was a GT (had some good options). The turbo laged, it did haul butt, braking was ok, and it handled like crap. The turning radius in better in a F-350 truck. This is a cheaply made car despite leather seats and deluxe options. I liked the sportier model, and would have liked to do some cosmetic mods, but just wasn't worth it. Gas sucked and I had to put premium grade into it so it wouldn't knock. It hauled balls, but it was still a crappy car.

Pros

smooth ride, good gas mileage, decent performance, sturdy, fits well in tight spaces, roomy

Cons

slow to accelerate

Pt (personal Transport) Cruiser — I love my PT Cruiser Limited Woody. The ride is smooth, untill the tires get out of balance. Gas mileage is decent at 19/21. It accelerates a little slow, but holds speed well. I give this car an 8 out of 10.

Pros

Has lots of room inside for a such a small car.
Good wiring unlike the VW Beetle that is the same price but has system problems because of low quality manufacturing and designing.
Good turning radius.

Cons

Not much room in the trunk.
Is light weight so people playing jello in the back tilts the car a bit.
I have had some engine problems but it was a rental car before I got it so it's been through a lot of driving.
Engine is not the strongest but it can get up the mountains with out much trouble and keep up with a BMW M5 on the highway if wanted.
Has little or no storage room under the seats. (for like a fire extinguisher, or first aid kit.)

Old Fasioned Car With New Tecnolagy. — It's a good kind of cheep car. (Insurance is a bit pricey because they are so new.) Has an over all good performance. Can do speeds well and turns are smooth. Is a bit sensitive to the passengers moving from side to side. But the wide wheel base helps prevent it from tilting. Has a lot of room for a small car. Can fold down, fold up, or remove back seats for more storage room. Also the front passenger seat folds down to make 75" of storage room. (found out how much room when I put a coat rack in the car.)

Great Car For Work, Family, Vacations. Has It All. — Car has it all. Not just a family car, but great for vacations, shopping. Going to work, going to Church, going out on the town. It fits right in everywhere. Cross between a car, a van, and a truck. Great Car.

Pros

The cargo capacity is terrific.  I've had two pygmy goats in the back.  I've had a love seat back there when the seats were folded up.  And I've had two 6' x 30" windows in there too!

Cons

The tires are the kind that look low all the time.  I've had many people tell me I need air in them when I really don't.  The gas mileage could have been better (24 mph) around town.

My Favorite Car. — I love the look of this car. I wish Chrysler hadn't stop making them. When I need to replace it I'm going to look for one of the same of the last year they were made. Mine is purple, I would like to get a green one next.
