2001 Wolfsburg — Great car if...it requires a lot of maintenance work....Not bad at all for a 1.8T...I kept it pretty much stock when it comes to the engine....It is an extremely fun car to drive, and if you are into german cars i would defenetly recommend it! Primary Use: Commuting to work

I Love It. — I love the handling and the acceleration. If anything breaks its never mechanical. It is stylish and gets great gas mileage. To repair things its a bit expensive. This car is crazy fun to drive too. I love my car and I wouldnt want it any other way Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

It's A Love/hate Relationship With The Car. — This car is probably the best car i have ever owned, but it has had more little idioctic problems then nessary. Dub P V Dub — Great performance far more than a car this size should have. Good build, great base for aftermarket mods of all sorts on the exterior. Low costs all around as long as you don't crash it. And it is far more fun than it would seem. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Best Car To Own — cheap on fuel, goes fast, fast, cheap to fix, and doesen't need that often, looks good, feels good, and is fun to drive. Starts good in the winter. My last one I sold at 600,00K, and still running well.What more could anyone want? Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Great Touring Sedan, Keeps Up With The Rest, And Solid Build Quality. — Massive amounts of understeer, turbo takes forever to spool, gearbox too loose; can outshift the synchros if youre not careful. On the bright side, the build quality was excellent. The weight is perfectly balanced front to rear, so front end dipping was minimal and the rear end rarely slips out of place. 2001 Vw Jetta Review. — I like the car as far as looks and stuff. But I think the quality of the isn't that good. I mean the plastic peals inside, and it as a wird crayon smell. Vw — its an ok car it grinds on hard shifts. and has a very bad exosted. and need boost gage. over all good power mpg and handls great. good drive ablety and will get down when needed. really like the car. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |
