ProsStyling ConsWhere do I put my drink?

2001 S-type — This car is great on gas sort of. I get about 28-30mpg on the highway, but only 18 city mpg. It averages to about 25mpg which is better than I got with my 98 nissan maxima. The quality of the car is fabulous. I love the feel, handleing and performance of the car. I do not like the fact of only one cup holder in the front of the car. The locks are a pain sometimes, and the Cd changer is in the trunk. Besides the minor things I would recommend this car, and I will probably continue buying Jaguar.

Good Car Reliable Fast But Luxourious — this car is fun to drive because of how smooth and fast it is, it is also a nice evening car to drive to the valet dinner evening. has the ability to have drawing rear curtains so can also double as a chauffeur car for one with a busy lifestyle. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsComfort, Reliabilty, easy to drive, looks good, pretty fast Consclassed as an old man's car, not a 'drivers' car, likes fuel.

Jaguar S Type — It's an easy car to drive, excellent comfortable motorway car, not too bad on fuel for a Jaguar (around 25mpg around town). Good acceleration when in sport mode but not blistering. Handles really well for a boat sized car lol! If you like to feel your car under you then this isn't the car for you.. but if you want a comfortable fast drive then excellent. Watch out for the auto gearbox on the earlier models, some go at around 60k. If you're a female then men always give you dirty looks when driving it lmao

ProsGreat looks, comfort, LPG ConsPoor build, its no BMW

Jaguar S Type 3.0se Auto Review — Pretty decent car, although it looks far better than it's built. Typical Jaguar really, but no getting away from the fantastic styling and the comfort. Its quite quick, but then it should be with a 240BHP engine. Build quality is not great, its very much like a slightly improved Ford. However, all is forgiven for fuel consumption - averaging equivalent of 58mpg, because its been gas converted!!!

ProsComfort, sheer joy to drive, performance in most conditions, 28mpg ConsTwitchy back end not fully controlled by TCS under hard acceleration

Jaguar Took A Chance And It Worked — Quiet, even when pushed and remarkable fuel economy for a 4.0V8. Folding rear seats useful for moving big stuff that would fit in an XJ. This version dash and interior far nicer than 2002 onwards. V8 only comes in SE version but if you're thinking about a 3.0 make it a 3.0SE as the extras are worth it and useful. People will either love or hate the front end but few will resist wanting tp stroke the bonnet line.

Big P's Big S — Looks nice, birds love it, goes fast, fully loaded. juice is a mofo these days and when it goes wrong, cost a bomb to fix. £350 just to change sparks! £4000 gearbox! it is phat though and quick for a big car. Only get one with a warrenty usless your loaded (or stupid like me!) |
