Pros

Ride, looks, comfort, speed, when you hit the gas it sounds a little deep almost like a mustang but without all the noise & power

Cons

miscellaneous noises from engine turn out to be different problems, dodgy cheap parts are a temporary fix, Can't put in a GPS touchscreen radio because of the A/C controls, car is longer than my mom's van and my bf's jeep, steering wheel is a little oddly shaped, transmission is a little clunky at times,  High beams and low beams totally suck, & the sun shades used to block the sun out of the car's windshield doesn't fit at all.., not even the standard or jumbo so you have to order a custom one online.

It Is A Lot Better Than My Last Car But Still Would Love To See A New Motor Put In It. — I love the size, ride, and look of the car but it needs to be overhauled as it's got 123,465 miles on it and I just bought it with 118,000 miles on it, I thought I fixed the problems with the motor but then something else pops up.

A Driver's Car — Accelaration Excellent,Handling equivalent to a midsize german car(On SES option w/3.0 V-6 duratec Engine)Pleasantly sufficient,Room even w/center console somewhat spacious - Get the Leather seats they are firm but comfortable - Probably great for trips, don't know yet just bought vehicle today(02/12/08)From what I've read Fuel Economy is decent for a midsize car - will find out soon. Overall very good buy,First Ford car,I've owned Ford Trucks(they just keep going)- I hope this is true for thier cars, must be because thats why they say Its the No.1 selling mid-size car in America!

Great, Powerful Sedan! — The car has great acceleration and feels powerful. Last time we took it to Midas, they said everything was perfect except the Power Steering Fluid needs to be flushed. The interior looks nice, and exterior is nice and pretty sleek. MPG is pretty good, 27 MPG highway. Not much maintenance done on it. It is fun to drive cause it packs a good punch when accelerating.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Cheap parts, its quite a tank! Happy to be a Ford Taurus owner!

Cons

New Models don't look like they are the same quality, size or practical use.

My Ford Tank! — This car has happily provided reliability and safety for my family for since 2004. I bought it used and has been a tank so far. Regular maintenance issues, nothing irregular, I wish the new models where more like this...might have to buy another one!

Pros

cheapness

Cons

looks and handling

F Taurus — Cheap to get cheap to keep. Got it with 110K miles, 20k miles after AC, shocks and brakes are in need of replacement or maintenance. Paint is holding as well as the inetrior. is a boring looking car, but it does the job for now.

Its Okay I Guess — The performance of this car is okay. The quality of the car though is pretty good. The appearance of this car ,i have to say, is pretty bad. It has 17 MPG in the city and 25 on highway so the cost of ownership is a little bit under average. This car's compact v6 makes it sort of fun to drive though. So overall underaverage, but okay.

Pros

Cheap to buy. Parts readily available

Cons

Breaks often

25

Decent Car For The Average Commute — Needs to be repaired more than necessary. Decent gas mileage, but it still costs a lot for repairs. It looks ok but the performance is not enough to be exciting. It has poor cornering but its not a high performance car.
