Cons

Love My Saab — Swedes are well known for their efficiency and it definitely shows through in the Saab 9.3. Successor to the Saab 900, the 9.3 is sleeker and more stylish than the 900. The style is the same in models years 1999-2004, with slight moderations after. 9.3 model was completely redesigned and updated for 2008.

Pros

Insane torque for size of engine thanks to crazy sweedish turbo mania.
Can annoy many porsche/BMW drivers on the road.

Cons

Handling not so great, chassis and suspension not up to the POWER!

Fast (but Not Sporty) Man Car. Wolf In Sheeps Clothing. Muchos Muchos Fun. — Crocodile blue leather interior. Lovely alloys. Huge boot. Engine is quite frankly, amazing for what it is and will outlive me probably.

Saab....hmmmm — Posemoble. Lovely engine, vivid acceleration...chassis cant handle the power. Damy cheap second hand though....trundling along, top down, knowing you havent spent a fortune, sitting in leather lined luxury , can't be bad really. Go, on, try one....you know you want to ;0)

Pros

Looks the part with the roof down.

Cons

Totally impossible to park with the roof up. Rear visibility is appalling.
Has the turning circle of an oil tanker.
150bhp LPT is gutless, should have gone for the 185bhp.
Manual gearbox is the worst I've ever experienced.

Pros

Great styling, great in snow, very fast, lots of options- but thats all!

Cons

Mechanically plagued with problems and interior electrical options all unreliable! $$$$$COSTLY!

Saabs - Most Unreliable "luxury" Car Ever! But They Do Look Good. — Known for engine oil sludge build-up due to oil pan being mounted too close to catalytic converter- engines being replaced before 100,000 miles!!! BEWARE-must change oil every 3,000 miles!!!! Radio, computer screen, climate control, power seat, soft-top-hydraulics, power antenna- all problematic! Engine light comes on constantly- many issues. Saab owned by GM from 1994-2009-explains a lot! Great styling, gas mileage, very fast- not worth it!

My Fun Car — Great car, comfort performance looks and desirability always getting looked at with hood down shades on and music blearing out (even in the rain lol) . However I'm no poser as you may have guessed. The only down side in todays eco friendly life is the fuel consumption but when you use the power you pay the price.

fast, cheap, decent build.

Cons

not excellent handling.  interior is bland at best.  some build quailty could be better

My Saab 9-3 — It is very fast for what it is and it is easy to get a hell of a lot more horsepower out of it. Handling could be better being front wheel drive what with my old car being a BMW. After new shocks, springs, rear sway and some other suspension reinforcements, the handling is pretty sweet though. Not a bad car for the price for sure.

Pros

Quick, fun to drive, well built

Cons

Since there are no Saab dealers in my area, parts can get pretty expensive, luckily I'm kind of a gearhead!

My 2000 Saab 9-3 Convertible — I like this little guy. It's fun to drive and kinda quick. It has a stock boosted 2.0 liter that will run a 15.65 in the quarter mile which isn't to shabby in my opinion. It'll even beat some of the V8's out there on the street. Having the top down on a sunny day is nice too. It's also nice when it's 20 degrees outside when you want to freeze my friends' asses off!!
